Our Background

Front Range Wireless is a Wireless Infrastructure Services Provider; a trusted partner in planning, designing, executing, deploying and maintaining our customers needs. At Front Range we are experienced in all components of wireless construction, such as tower and cell site construction, modification upgrades, Microwave System Installation and Testing, MSC Maintenance, MSC upgrades and MSC Project Management. We pride ourselves on our continuous dedication to excellence on efficiency, budget, and execution while complying with all required applicable laws, rules and safety regulations. Our belief is our company should be as diverse as the customers and markets that we serve. We have two locations strategically placed to provide our customers support in Colorado, one in Centennial and one in Colorado Springs.

In 2023, we have a goal to expand our reach for our customers and to provide employment to talent in other areas of the Western United States.

Cell Tower Technologies with Varied Capabilities

5G/4G Pole Installation

4G and 5G poles are usually a fairly simple installation. These poles are designed for urban areas with heavy use of devices. Demand for 4G and 5G poles are high, especially because 5G capabilities far outperform other wireless technologies.

Macro Installation

We build and maintain macro sites. The main purpose of macro sites is to transfer data across large distances. Macro sites take longer to build than small cell sites. The structures are usually more complicated, often with civil construction involved.

Civil Construction

The main aspects of civil construction is structural engineering. It helps in designing the structure in a way that it is able to support itself successfully. A lot of our projects start with civil construction to create the base of our cell towers of different sizes and shapes.

Microwave Dish Installation

Although 4G and 5G technologies are gradually becoming industry standards, we are building and maintaining a number of dish cell structures. An important part of microwave maintenance and installation is path alignment and sweep testing.

ABOUT WPI

Western Power Installation

Western Power Installation (WPI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Front Range Wireless (FRW). WPI provides a wide range of services for switching centers in the Telecommunications and Cable industries, Our DNA is comprised of quality and safety; characteristics that are fundamental throughout FRW and WPI.

FRW is a Colorado corporation established in 2001. Aaron Kingstrom, a licensed master electrician, has served as president of both FRW and WPI. Aaron has 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Both Front Range Wireless and Western Power Installation thrive to employ highly qualified technicians to make sure that our clients are serviced by knowledgeable staff members.
